Father and Son back at it again!

Fun week!! It all started off with a fun hike with our bishop on P-Day! The hikes are extra fun on the coast because there are monkeys in the mountains!!! We got to see a few on our way up the trail.

This week we've been focusing a lot on helping some of our less active members return to activity. We've seen a ton of miracles as we've visited some of these less active members and shared with then the new, "Come, Follow Me" program! They've loved the new focus and we even had multiple people we visited this week come to church on Sunday! One of our members even started a group family home evening-type of event to invite a ton of less active members to come together and study the new curriculum! 

This week we met with Li Jia Zhen and helped her write a card to give her husband about why she wants to be baptized. We are hoping she is able to give it to him this week and that her husband allows her to be baptized!

We met some awesome new people this week including a new young married couple who were so excited and willing to learn more about our message when we met them at a stop light, a mother of 2 children who already knows a lot about Joseph Smith and The Book of Mormon, and also and older man who just retired and said he met the missionaries about 6 years ago but was too busy then, but now he wants to come to all of our church actives! So many miracles.

The highlight of the week was the opportunity to go on exchanges with the missionary a trained several months ago, Elder Rodriguez! When I moved here to HuaLian 花蓮 he was in my District and the time finally came that we can go on exchanges. It was such a blast! It was amazing to share stories and memories with a each other from training. He's grown so much and will continue to bless so many people throughout his life. 

Transfers are this week! I don't know where time goes anymore.
