Hallelujah! Rosie and Zion!

Week started off fun with a fun hike last P-Day! Before the hike we went to an American burger shop... The first time I've had an actually burger in about a year and a half.

We had exchanges with the Zhonghe1 中和 Elders this week which was super fun. I was with Elder Nielsen, who is on his first transfer here in Taiwan. It was a blast. We taught a fun lesson to someone from Myanmar on exchanges, and during the lesson...This random person came up and asked to join the lesson. Near the end of the lesson we found out he also happened to be from Myanmar!!

This week Rosie and 陳信毅 Zion passed their baptismal interviews! They'll both be baptized this coming Saturday. These are the first baptisms this ward has seen in over a year. The ward is super excited. It's been amazing to see and feel the mood of the ward change during the months I've served here.

The reason why "hallelujah" is in the title of this email is because the BiTan 碧潭 Ward had a baptism this week...And after the person was baptized, he turned to the crowd, rose his hands to the air, and shouted, "HALLELUJAH". No one could stop laughing. The Spirit completely left the room, but it made for a good memory none-the-less haha.

Transfers are this week and I'm hoping I get to stay with Elder Otani for another transfer. It's been a blast with him so far and I hope it lasts a little longer!
